Field trip organized by the Italian working group on Mediterranean ophiolites (September 7-8, 2023)
2023-05-11The Italian working group on Mediterranean ophiolites is organizing a two-day field trip in the Western Alps (7-8 September, 2023), on the Lake Miserin metaophiolite (Zermatt-Saas unit, Champorcher valley) and the Lower Mafic Complex of the Ivrea-Verbano Zone (Biella Alps). The field trip will be preceded by an optional scientific meeting in Pavia on September 6 afternoon.
